On March 30th, the 50th Optical Fiber Communication Conference and Exhibition (OFC) launched at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, United States.As the biggest and most influential international event in the global optical communication field, OFC has attracted many industry leaders. made a grand appearance, showcasing its innovative products and technologies under the theme of "Enabling Photonic Integration", with its booth (#2642) becoming the spotlight of the event.
TFC’s booth saw a constant stream of visitors, including industry experts, business elites, and potential customers, all interacting and having lively discussions with the TFC staff, who shared detailed insights about the company’s latest progress and product features. At this exhibition, TFC focused on showcasing products tailored for Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and high-speed optical module applications, such as the FAU (Fiber Array Unit) and the POSA (Passive Optical Sub-Assembly). As key components in optical communication systems, TFC’s FAU and POSA support 400G, 800G, 1.6T and higher transmission rates, meeting the high-bandwidth requirements in AI applications and data center environments.

FAU PRODUCT
TFC’s Lensed FAU is a key component of high-speed optical engines. Integrating a lens with a Fiber Array Unit (FAU), it can, according to customer’s requirements, generate parallel or focused light beams at customizable angles of 0°, 90°, and more. Highly versatile, this product finds application in various optical communication technologies such as Co-Packaged Optics (CPO), Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) coupling, and receiving-end Photonic Detector (Rx PD) coupling. It features high coupling efficiency, low loss, and high-density fiber arrangements. It is easy to assemble and cost-effective, being widely used in AI and data center environments.
OPTICAL ENGINE PRODUCTS
TFC’s POSA is a key component in optical communication modules, mainly used for multiplexing and de-multiplexing optical signals. The De-Mux POSA includes components such as Z-block, lens, prism, and the optical fiber. With expandability up to 8 channels, it is suitable for 400G, 800G, and 1.6T FR4 and 2xFR4 optical module transceivers. It features a highly compact form factor, low cost, and high coupling efficiency.
