Ms. Ou said that over the past eighteen years, TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. has always been cautious as if walking on thin ice, meticulously crafting products bit by bit to meet the segmented needs of customers. For five consecutive years, the company's annual R&D investment accounted for about 10% of its revenue. The growth in 2023 was due to the launch of the foundry product line in 2018. The characteristic of TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd.'s foundry business is to provide both labor and materials. Over the past 18 years, it has established 16 product lines, which are vertically integrated to provide customers with one-stop services. Since its listing eight years ago, starting from OSA foundry and Box packaging foundry, with a precise positioning of only engaging in foundry business and not involving its own brand, it now takes "Overall Optical Device Solutions + Advanced Optical Packaging Manufacturing (OEM/ODM)" as the two core business segments. It always adheres to the business philosophy of "Making Every Product Excellent with Craftsmanship", and continuously creates new value for customers.

In 2023, TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. celebrated its 18th anniversary. Over the past eighteen years, TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the essence of "ultra-precision manufacturing" in the optical communication industry. In the company's exhibition hall, Ms. Ou focused on introducing the two current major business segments of TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. to us.
First of all, based on TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd.'s eighteen years of internal R&D and external mergers and acquisitions, it has crafted the "Overall Solutions for High-end Optical Devices" - sixteen product lines and eight major solutions, covering all passive optical devices used in optical modules, and can provide customers with overall optical device solutions with multiple technology platforms and multiple application scenarios.
Secondly, for advanced optical packaging manufacturing, guided by the strategic orientation of not competing with customers, it has completed the ODM/OEM businesses of optical engines and high-speed optical devices for various optical device packaging platforms such as OSA, BOX, COB, TO, and silicon photonics.

In addition, TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. is actively promoting its global layout and production capacity construction. It has established Suzhou and Singapore as the domestic and overseas dual-headquarters bases; set up R&D centers in Suzhou, Shenzhen, and Japan; and built mass production bases in Jiangxi, Shenzhen, and Suzhou. The large-scale production base in Thailand will also be put into operation this year.

Actively Expanding the Layout and Entering Niche Fields Such as LiDAR and Medical Detection Segments
Ms. Ou introduced that over the 18 years of its development, while continuously delving into overall optical device solutions, TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. can also provide process research for advanced optics and optical device packaging manufacturing. Maximizing the synergy between the two major business segments is one of the main directions of TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. It also provides an impetus for TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. to further expand into new businesses such as automotive electronics (LiDAR) and medical detection.
In the fields of LiDAR and medical detection, TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. mainly focuses on researching and laying out products such as prisms, beam combiners/splitters, filters, and FAUs. Relying on its optical device R&D platform in the optical communication industry and making use of the professional accumulation of its team in multiple fields such as basic materials, optical devices, optical design, and integrated packaging, it expands to provide downstream customers such as those in the LiDAR field with supporting new products, including basic component products and integrated device products, and has quickly completed the production capacity for mass production.
Looking ahead, TFC COMMUNICATION Co., Ltd. will continue to focus on overall optical device solutions and advanced optical packaging manufacturing solutions, closely focus on customer needs and concentrate on the layout of optical components and integrated optics.
